EMC Admin Fee
As determined by the EMA on 27 March 2018, EMC will be recovering 38.40 cents/MWh (inclusive of 7% GST) and 38.76 cents/MWh (inclusive of 8% GST) for services supplied from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022 and from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023 respectively.
Under the Market Rules Chapter 2 Section 10.1.6, EMC is required to publish the RCP Report on EMC’s Budget and Fees submitted by RCP in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 10.1.4 and 10.1.5.
Under the Market Rules Chapter 2 Section 11.1.6, EMC is required to publish its proposed expenditure, revenue and schedule of fees as soon as reasonably practicable following the receipt of the Energy Market Authority's approval. On 10 June 2022, the Authority has approved the proposed schedule of fees in the FY2022/23 EMC Budget.
