Lu Su Ling

Lu Su Ling

Chief Operating Officer

Lu Su Ling joined EMC as Chief Operating Officer in November 2016. She oversees the Corporate Services unit which encompasses Communications, Corporate Secretariat, Finance, Legal and Office Administration.

Prior to EMC, Su Ling had been with Singapore Exchange (SGX), EMC’s parent company, since 2001. During her time at SGX, she led various teams including Corporate and Market Strategy as well as Post Trade Services, where she was responsible for strategy planning and business development.

She spent the earlier part of her career in Malaysia at the Securities Commission working on capital market policy formulation. Su Ling also worked in corporate finance at Arab Malaysian Corporation and as an auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Su Ling holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Tan Phaik Kim

Tan Phaik Kim

Chief Financial Officer

Tan Phaik Kim joined EMC as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in October 2013. She oversees the Finance team and is responsible for managing the company’s overall financial matters.

Phaik Kim brings with her extensive Finance experience from the IT industry, both locally and in the Asia Pacific region.  Phaik Kim graduated from the University of Manchester with an honours degree in Economics and Accounting, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

 

Anne Goh

Anne Goh

Vice President, Finance

Anne Goh joined EMC in February 2016 and is responsible for managing the full spectrum of the finance and accounting functions. Prior to EMC, she was Vice President (Finance) in a building consultancy firm with presence in Asia, Africa and Middle East.

Anne graduated with a degree in Accountancy (honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

 

Winnie Tan

Winnie Tan

Vice President, Communications

Winnie Tan joined EMC in 2010 and oversees the Communications Team. She brings with her extensive experience from both the private and public sectors, having handled a broad spectrum of communication functions including internal and external communications, government relations, crisis management and corporate philanthropy. Prior to EMC, Winnie worked in a number of different industries including consumer electronics, healthcare, pharmaceutical and sports. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
