Under the Market Rules Chapter 2 Section 10.1.1.2, EMC is required to publish its proposed expenditure, revenue and schedule of fees at least 100 days before the commencement of the new financial year, and to invite interested persons to make submissions to the Rules Change Panel (RCP). Any interested party who has any comments on the EMC budget is to write to budget@emcsg.com. The EMC's budget and schedule of fees for FY2012/2013 is attached.
