Notice of EMC's proposed budget and fees for the FY2008/2009

This paper outlines EMC’s proposed budget and fees for FY2008/2009. Under the Market Rules, EMC is obliged to consult the Rules Change Panel (RCP) on its budget prior to submitting it to the EMA for approval.  EMC had on 8 January 2008 consulted the Rules Change Panel (RCP) on its budget and on 29 January 2008 submitted to the EMA for approval.  The EMA had on 3 March 2008 given its approval of the budget.

Consultation 

EMC is required to publish the Proposed Budget and Fees and invite interested persons to make submissions to the RCP. These submissions and the comments of the RCP are then submitted to the EMA for its consideration.

Submissions on EMC’s proposed budget and fees for FY2008/2009 should be mailed to budget@emcsg.com prior to 8 January 2008.
