Singapore Electricity Roundtable 2008 - Register now
The Singapore Electricity Roundtable will be held on 5 and 6 November at the Raffles City Convention Centre. This year the Roundtable will form part of Singapore's inaugural International Energy Week, organized by the Energy Market Authority and the Energy Studies Institute.
The Roundtable is dedicated to connecting influencers, decision makers, potential investors and experts in the electricity and related industries.
In its fourth year, this year's event will see several distinguished speakers discussing timely topics relevant to the electricity and gas markets. Some of Singapore's leading electricity experts and market players will also address ways that electricity generation can remain competitive in the context of high international oil prices. The workshop on Day 2 will provide a comprehensive update on the National Electricity Market of Singapore.
Our confirmed distinguished speakers and panelists are:
- Richard P O'Neill, Chief Economic Advisor, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), will be our keynote speaker for the event.

Michael Thomas, Vice President, CRA International, will provide perspectives on developments in the electricity and gas markets in Singapore and Asia.

Daniel Werner, General Manager LNG Singapore, BG Asia Pacific, Singapore’s LNG terminal aggregator, will give insights into the latest developments in the LNG market.
