The Singapore Electricity Market Rules provide for the Market Assessment Unit (MAU), under the supervision and direction of the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP), to develop an information requirements system and criteria for evaluation to enable effective monitoring of the market. One of the documents to be developed is a catalogue of monitoring indices to be used by the MSCP and the MAU to evaluate data collected.
The catalogue was published by EMC for public comment prior to its adoption.
