One of EMC’s responsibilities is to manage the registration of market participants and facilities in the NEMS.

We have published the registration forms for each type of registration. To register as a market participant or register a facility, you must download, complete and submit the relevant form(s) to our office. Each form contains explanatory notes, a checklist to help you complete the form and a list of acceptable financial institutions.

If you hold more than one electricity license and, pursuant to those licenses, intend to perform different functions in the wholesale electricity market you must submit separate applications for each function.
