The Market Rules require the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP), to report to EMC on the conduct of its monitoring and investigation activities. The report is produced annually, unless requested more frequently by EMC. EMC provides these reports to the EMA.

To protect confidential information, versions of the MSCP reports are edited before being published.
