Beginning 1 January 2004, any person who intends to provide a physical service from a load facility to the real-time markets is required to register that load facility with EMC.
To register your load facility to offer reserve (alone) to the Singapore Wholesale Electricity Market, you must download, complete and submit this form to our office.
Please note that you must have at least conditionally registered status in the market participant registration process before you can apply to register any facility.
To transfer your Load Registered Facility, you must download, complete and submit this form to our office.
