EMC Performance Incentive Management System Data
EMC developed a performance-based regulation system – Performance Incentive Management System (PIMS), in accordance with its Market Licence.
The PIMS is designed to encourage EMC to identify and provide the services that are of most value to its customers. It provides incentives to ensure the delivery of such services at the highest levels, i.e., exceeding pre-agreed targets.
EMA had approved the PIMS targets for EMC from FY08/09 to FY12/13 as follows:-
