Catalogue of Data and Indices
The Singapore Electricity Market Rules state that the Market Assessment Unit (MAU) shall - under the supervision and direction of the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP) - develop catalogues of data and indices. The MAU has developed the catalogue of data and the catalogue of indices and they serve as an information requirements system and criteria for evaluation to enable effective monitoring of the market.
Catalogue of Data
This catalogue of data has been collected by the MAU. The catalogue was published by EMC for public comment prior to modification and adoption, effective from 1 October 2003.

The catalogue of monitoring indices is used by the MSCP and the MAU to evaluate the data collected. The catalogue was published by EMC for public comment prior to its adoption. The consultation paper and catalogue of monitoring indices may be downloaded here
