Coco Choo heads the Corporate Services Team comprising Finance, Legal and Office Administration. Prior to joining EMC in 2007 as its Chief Financial Officer, she gained extensive experience in finance through positions such as Director of Finance and Financial Controller in the hotel management industry. Previous to that, Coco was a Senior Auditor with one of the leading accounting firms. She has a comprehensive understanding of audit and compliance, finance and risk management. Coco has been a Chartered Accountant since 1991 and holds a Bachelor degree in Advanced Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Joan Koh, in charge of the Finance team, joined EMC in 2008. She brings with her extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, and business and tax planning gained through various regional finance positions she has held with several multinational corporations. She was appointed Company Secretary in her previous position. Joan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and an MBA from Australian National University.
